It's been said that politics is not rocket science.
To Tim Fasano, it is.
Fasano, a former aerospace contractor, aerospace CEO and business owner, sees a parallel with his old profession and running as a third-party candidate in Nevada's special election for the open seat in the 2nd U.S. House District. He is the nominee of Nevada's Independent American Party.
"When people said it couldn't be done, we proved that it could be done," Fasano said about aspects of aerospace technology. "It was a business practice of not necessarily listening to people when they said something could not be done. I say try it. You might make it work."
