Donald Tracey of Keller wants to be the next District 26 representative because he believes he has to, and the independent candidate says he has collected more than enough petition signatures to secure a place on the November ballot. The 52-year-old pilot, former Marine, budding author, single father and Texas transplant hopes to make waves at the polls and defeat incumbent U.S. Rep. Michael Burgess and Democratic challenger Neil Durrance for the congressional seat.
