TX: Green Party Will Appear on Ballot After Supreme Court Ruling

The Texas Supreme Court on Friday issued a stay allowing the Green Party of Texas to certify its candidates for the November ballot while justices determine whether it improperly used corporate donations to pay for its ballot access petition drive. The court’s ruling also enabled the Green Party to send its list of candidates to the secretary of state before Friday’s deadline.
