Strategic Election Reform Explained!!!

It's a decent overview that hopefully clarifies some of the terminology I've developed: Major Party, Minor Party and LTP or "more local" and "less local" election or two-stage election as where the first stage is a winner-doesn't-take-all election and the second stage is a winner-take-all election.

It ends with three dictums of SER: 1. One election rule does not fit all elections. 2. The need to balance the use of winner-take-all and winner-doesn't-take-all elections to foster a healthy democracy. 3. The sorts of options (FPTP, Rankings, Approval Votes, Cumulative Voting...) given to voters are of secondary importance, albeit it is good to give them more options in winner-take-all elections.
