Marc Delphine believes that there’s something very wrong with America. Thankfully, he’s got a plan. The 32-year-old Sherwood resident announced Tuesday that he is running for the Untied States Senate, for the seat currently held by Democrat Ron Wyden, who is up for re-election for a third full term in November. . . . “What really bothers me is that people are so enveloped in the two-party system. It’s really a benefit for the two parties to say that someone can’t win unless they’re in one of the two parties. It’s like a business to them.” That’s one of the things that Delphine hopes to change: The longstanding ways of doing business in Washington has got to go, he said.
