VA-2: Three-Way Debate to Take Place, GOP Candidate will Participate Despite Previous Opposition to Inclusion of Independent

candidates for Virginia's second congressional district will debate for the first time this election season Thursday night.  Republican candidate Scott Rigell has had a change of heart about participating in the debate with one of the other candidates. Initially, Rigell said he wouldn't show up if Independent candidate Kenny Golden were allowed to participate.
