Green Party candidate Tom Clements talked briefly on Thursday and answered questions as he opened his new office on Sumter Street next to the Roly Poly sandwich shop. "As a South Carolinian from Georgia, it's always painful to see that we're always close to the bottom," Clements explains. "I'm going to put education at the top of my agenda and healthcare, cutting the debt and protecting social security."
