Choosing an Electoral System!

I wrote over at Daily Kos a summary and commentary on a chapter from a British book published online with the above title. The title was taken from an earlier more comprehensive survey of comparative electoral reform edited by Arend Lijphart. It helps to show how Strategic Election Reform was formulated (gradually over an extended period of time) in response to a wide variety of comparative electoral studies and many dialogues with electoral reformers and normal people.
