There was a recent bill proposed to enable the use of Rank Choice Voting, or Instant Runoff Voting, in Minnesota. I proposed again a tweaked version of IRV that simplifies the vote-tabulation process with the use of a modified form of Approval Voting for the first stage.
I got a good feeling about this one...
