CA: Examiner Argues Against Prop 14

In a lengthy article at the Examiner, Robert Rische argues against California's Proposition 14.  He concludes:

The fact of the matter is that an open primary system, under Proposition 14, will do little to change the current status quo. What it will do is increase the cost of campaigns – since candidates will have to correspond to all voters, not just those within their own party – thus, giving lobbyists more influence as well.
