"American Three Winners" or "3-seated Hare LR" or ????

I ask over at A New Kind of Third Party for advice on which label to use to market the centerpiece of Strategic Election Reform to US voters. If you're picking up any vibes over the idea of using 3-seated elections for chronically non-competitive local elections then give me some input.
