He is considered to be an expert on the Constitution and Scott Bradley of North Logan is running for U.S. Senate on the Constitution Party ticket. There is one part of the Constitution that Bradley would like to see corrected, however, and that is the 14th Amendment. . . .
"The effort to better understand the 14th Amendment," Bradley explains, "requires people to go back and look at how it was written, how it was applied originally, what their intention was. In fact, even the author of the amendment, clear back right after the Civil War, made comments to the affect that it wasn't initially performed to be construed the way it's being construed today."
